October-Weekly-Round-UpWas it windy at your house last week? Washington certainly had some blustery days around my home last week. I even heard about some power outages in some areas, but we didn’t lose power around my home. I’ve heard this week is supposed to get cold due to the typhoon in Alaska. I sure hope it doesn’t get too cold, I haven’t even started wearing my winter coat yet (although I did wear it to watch fireworks on the 4th of July – such a Western Washington thing, these cold summers, they are so different than the summers I remember growing up in Kansas).
