ELIGIBILITY – MLB.com & Quicken Loans Steal-A-Home Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 4/1/16.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 1:05:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/1/16 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/2/16.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: A Prize package consisting of the following: 1) $12,000 awarded in the form of a check in the name of the winner which may be used, at the winner’s sole discretion, toward one year’s mortgage payment; and 2) A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Game 1 of the 2016 MLB World Series championship (exact date, time, Clubs participating and location of game to be determined) (the “World Series Game”) consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and guest to/from a major U.S. airport near to Grand Prize Winner’s residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game; two (2) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest to attend the World Series Game, and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (collectively, the “Grand Prize”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $15,500).
