ENTRY LIMIT – There is a maximum of one online entry submission per person per day, regardless of the number of eligible receipts in an entrant’s possession.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, with a a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo ID.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Sweepstakes registration begins at 12:01am Eastern Time (ET) on May 23, 2022 and ends at 11:59pm ET on September 5, 2022.

PRIZES – Grand Prize – Maximum of four (4) grand prize awards available: Each Grand Prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) for the winner and one (1) guest (age 18 or older) to the winner’s choice of destinations located within the continental United States from an available list of destination locations as solely determined and designated by sponsor. Each grand prize trip shall include:

Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and 1 guest age 18 or older) from the gateway airport nearest to the winner’s residence as designated by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator in its sole discretion, to the nearest major airport servicing the selected destination location metro area, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;
NOTE: If winner resides within 250 miles of selected destination airport, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a $500 travel stipend towards ground transportation, in lieu of airfare, in its sole discretion. Winner shall not receive any other compensation in replacement of airfare portion of the prize.
NOTE: Winner is solely responsible for all ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers.
Five (5)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy, at the Sponsor designated hotel in the selected destination location metro area. Actual hotel location and reservation dates will be solely determined by Sponsor based upon availability;
$500 to be used towards tickets to winner’s selected adventure, activity or entertainment, awarded in the form of a gift card from the sponsor- designated gift card provider, and subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy.
Maximum value of each grand prize not to exceed $4,500. Maximum aggregate value of all available prize awards: $18,000.

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY – Promotion is open only to persons, who are, as of date of entry, 21 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., except that employees, officers and directors (and the members of their households and their immediate family members (defined as parents, children and their spouses)) of Sponsor, Hawaiian Airlines and, The Kahala Hotel & Resort.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – You may enter this sweepstakes during the period beginning at 10:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/01/22 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 6/30/22.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for one (1) Grand Prize winner and up to one (1) guest chosen by Grand Prize Winner ( a “Guest,” and together with the Grand Prize Winner, the “Group”) on Sponsor-selected dates to The Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu, Hawaii for a trip that consists of the following elements. Grand Prize consists of: [a] hotel accommodations (one [1] standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax, subject to certain room availability), for four (4) consecutive nights at Resort; including a 60 minute customized message for 2 at the Kahala Spa [b] if Grand Prize Winner resides outside of two hundred fifty (250) miles from Resort then up to two (2) round-trip coach airfares on Hawaiian Airlines between airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and Kahului Airport Honolulu International Airport (“Arrival Airport”); (airports, airline carrier(s) and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with possible layovers); and [c] up to two (2) round-trip ground transfers between the Arrival Airport and The Kahala Hotel & Resort.
Total ARV for Grand Prize: $8,700.00. Limit one prize per person/Address.
