ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who have the age of majority in his or her state or territory of residence as of the Sweepstakes start date.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Hershey’s Experience Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2019.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Hershey’s Experience trip package for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests. The trip package includes round trip airline tickets from a major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s resident to airport closest to Hershey, PA (the “Location”). The Winner and guests must all fly on the same itinerary and all tickets must be reserved together. Included is 2-night hotel accommodations for four (4) people at a hotel in the area chosen by the Sponsor, up to four (4) one-day passes to Hersheypark and four (4) one-day passes to Hershey’s Chocolate World, plus $500 spending money. All reservations are subject to availability and some blackout dates may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any additional expenses not expressly stated in the prize description above including any taxes, transportation, meals, service charges, tips, and any other personal charges, including but not limited to incidental travel costs due to reserving any higher priced package or any fee applied as a result of a change in the reservation, etc. The trip must be taken within sixteen (16) months of accepting the prize.
