ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for the duration of the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY – Contest open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Entries must be received and recorded by Shopko (as recorded by Shopko’s computer for online entries) 12:00pm CST (Noon) on Saturday, January 13, 2018, to be eligible.

PRIZES – Two (2) winners will be chosen. Each prize package includes two (2) tickets to attend NFL Super Bowl LII scheduled to take place on February 4, 2018 in Minneapolis, MN. Trip consists of a two flight vouchers for winners to schedule their own flight, a pre-arranged standard hotel accommodations for
two (2) nights and one (1) $500 Visa Card. If winner resides within a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius of
Minneapolis, MN, $550 Visa Card will be provided to cover ground transportation in lieu of air transportation at winner’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.

ELIGIBILITY – YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on November 6, 2014 at 12:00:00 p.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl Halftime Dress Rehearsal and field access (as determined by Sponsor) during the Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show in Glendale, Arizona, on Sunday, February 1, 2015; round-trip air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s home to East Glendale, Arizona, or for winners who live within 200 miles of Glendale, Arizona, a $600 check in lieu of air transportation will be given (as determined by Sponsor); hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for four (4) nights, arriving on January 29, 2015 and leaving on February 2, 2015; transportation in a motor coach from hotel to and from Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show; two (2) tickets to the NFL Saturday Night Super Bowl Party; two (2) commemorative gift bags; and $400 spending cash (to be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used towards transportation and other expenses. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize: $4,300, depending on winner’s point of departure and destination airport. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment. Any difference between actual value and stated ERV (if actual value is lower than the stated ERV) will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $4,300 in lieu of the Grand Prize Super Bowl Halftime Trip.
