SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins October 27, 2014, at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends December 31, 2014, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Phoenix, Arizona to attend Super Bowl XLIX scheduled to occur on February 1, 2015. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to an airport in the Phoenix, Arizona area, one (1) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for four (4) nights, ground transportation (stipend for a rental car or taxi and transportation between the hotel and Game), two (2) tickets to the Game, two (2) tickets to a Super Bowl party, two (2) commemorative gift bags and $500 spending money. Estimated retail value (“ERV”): up to $8,700, depending upon winner’s point of travel origin.
