SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – There are two (2) separate Sweepstakes entry periods for the Sweepstakes. The first entry period begins as of 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 19, 2015 and ends as of 5:00 p.m. PT on October 20, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period 1”); the second entry period begins as of 5:01 p.m. PT on October 20, 2015 and ends as of 10:00 a.m. PT on November 13, 2015.

PRIZES – Grand Prize shall consist of: two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend the Picture’s premiere (approximate retail value $40.00 USD), such Premiere currently tentatively scheduled to take place in December 2015 at a location to be determined within California (“California Location”); and a three (3) day/three (3) night trip to the California Location (the “Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Premiere. The Trip includes: (i) round trip coach air travel for two (2) on airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport near the California Location (ARV of two round trip coach air travel tickets: $1,000); (ii) one (1) standard double occupancy hotel room accommodations (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for three (3) nights: $1,800); and (iii) a rental car for three (3) days to be used as ground transportation while on the Trip (ARV: $1,200).The total ARV of the Grand Prize is four thousand dollars and zero cents ($4,000.00 USD).
Ten (10) Runner-up Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, one (1) to each Runner-up Winner.
