ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one initial entry and up to 99 bonus entries (you may use DMR points or “To receive up to ninety nine (99) additional Sweepstakes entries into the Sweepstakes drawing without redeeming DMR points, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, the email address associated with your DMR account, and your age on a 3½” x 5″ card and mail it with proper postage to Disney Sleeping Beauty: Once Upon A Dream Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1029, Neenah, WI 54956-1029. Entries must be postmarked by January 30, 2015. You will be entered into the Sweepstakes one (1) time for each 3½” x 5″ card received by February 6, 2015, for up to ninety nine (99) mail-in entries”.
ELIGIBILITY – The Disney Sleeping Beauty: Once Upon A Dream Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec), (b) 13 years of age or older, and (c) members of Disney Movie Rewards Loyalty Program.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 8, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on January 30, 2015.
PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night vacation package to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California for winner and up to three (3) travel companions. The Grand Prize will include: [a] round-trip coach/economy class airfare for the Group between the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a Southern California airport selected by the Sponsor (however if the Grand Prize winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Resort, air transportation will not be provided); [b] a voucher for roundtrip airport ground transfers between the destination airport and the Resort for the Group, such transportation to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (however if the Grand Prize winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Resort, ground transportation will not be provided); [c] room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for three (3) consecutive nights at a Resort or Resort area hotel as selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; [d] Disneyland® Resort 4-Day Park Hopper® Tickets for the Group (subject to restrictions); [e] one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of four hundred dollars (US$400), subject to restrictions; [f] one (1) Welcome Basket, as determined solely by the Sponsor (for the Grand Prize winner only); [g] one (1) Bibiddi Bobiddi Boutique Package for one (1) travel companion ages three (3) to twelve (12), who can choose from three (3) hair styles – Fairytale Princess, Disney Diva, or Pop Princess (up to two hundred fifty dollars (US$250); restrictions apply); [h] one (1) Disney Character Meet and Greet with a photo opportunity (Disney Character to be chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); [i] one (1) Disney Character Dining experience for the Group (subject to availability and restrictions); and [j] Premium Viewing or VIP seating for the Group at Fantasmic! or another show or parade as selected by the Sponsor (subject to availability, restrictions and change).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $6,344.00 / CAD $6,823.56.
50 First Prizes: Fifty (50) first prize winners will each receive a Once Upon a Dream book (“First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is USD $40 / CAD $40. The ARV of all First Prizes is USD $2,000 / CAD $2,000.
100 Second Prizes: One Hundred (100) second prize winners will each receive a “Walt Disney Records The Legacy Collection: Sleeping Beauty” collectible 2-CD Set (“Second Prize”). The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $19.98 / CAD $21.49. The ARV of all Second Prizes is USD $1,998 / CAD $2,149.
100 Third Prizes: One Hundred (100) third prize winners will each receive a one (1)-year subscription (six (6) issues) to Disney Princess Magazine published by Redan Publishing Inc. (“Third Prize”). The ARV of each Third Prize is USD $29.94 / CAD $32.34. The ARV of all Third Prizes is USD $2,994 / CAD $3,234.
