The Sweepstakes will be void in Alaska and Hawaii and is not open to employees or independent contractors, or immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or those living in the same household of employees or independent contractors of Amazon Services LLC (“Sponsor”, “we”, or “us”), Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort, Universal City Studios, LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on October 14, 2015 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on October 31, 2015.

PRIZES – We will award one (1) prize, consisting of a trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to one (1) of the following two (2) destinations selected by the prize winner as specified on their entry form: (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Hollywood, CA.

The Universal Orlando Resort Prize option consists of:

– Round trip economy class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests departing from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion and within the 48 continental United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Orlando, FL area (the “Airport”); and
-Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations for winner and his/her guests (single room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) (the “Hotel”); and
-Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from Airport to Hotel in Orlando, FL for winner and up to three (3) guests; and
– 3-Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Wet ‘n Wild Orlando Waterpark for winner and up to three (3) guests. ;
– Universal Express Passes for Winner and up to three (3) Guests;
– Admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion).

The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize option is $4,999.62.

The Universal Studios Hollywood Prize option consists of:

-Round trip economy class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests departing from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion and within the 48 continental United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Los Angeles, CA area (the “Airport”);
-Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (single room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal (or at another hotel as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) (the “Hotel”);
-Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from Airport to Hotel in Los Angeles, CA for winner and up to three (3) guests;
-General Admission tickets for two (2) days admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for winner and up to three (3) guests;
-A limited Edition Jurassic World Blu-ray 3D Gift Set and four (4) black Jurassic World aluminum water bottles.

The FMV of the Universal Studios Hollywood prize option is $4,984.78.
