ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one entry per internet protocol address per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The DIPPIN’ DOTS / ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS: THE ROAD CHIP Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins on or about March 1, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on March 31, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. CT.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE is available consisting of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests which includes only the following:

ROUND-TRIP AIRFARE: round-trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a United States gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, Florida.

MIAMI AIRPORT GROUND TRANSFERS: round-trip ground transportation of Sponsor’s (or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor’s) choosing between Miami International Airport and hotel accommodations listed below.

HOTEL: four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodations in a single family room of at least a four star hotel of Sponsor’s (or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor’s) choosing, said hotel having access to a pool, waterslide and spray canopy.

PRIVATE RECORDING STUDIO PARTY: a single session lasting no more than ninety (90) minutes in a recording studio in Miami, Florida of Sponsor’s (or the person/entity arranging Prize for Sponsor’s) choosing, which must occur during same period as four (4) day, three (3) night hotel stay mentioned above and which shall only include a maximum three (3) song recording session, a photograph of Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests, and a CD of recording session for Grand Prize Winner.

MIAMI BUS TOUR: four (4) passes for a sightseeing tour in the Miami, Florida area selected by Sponsor (or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor), each of which passes shall be valid for only 48 hours and must be used during same period as four (4) day, three (3) night hotel stay mentioned above. Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,975

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE is available and consists of: (i) one certificate redeemable for up to twelve (12) Dippin’ Dots home delivery shipments, each consisting of one (1) 30-serving kit which shall include one (1) bulk bag (approx. 1 gallon) of Dippin’ Dots product which shall be mailed to address provided by Winner in his/her Entry, said certificate expiring April 30, 2017; and (ii) free ground shipping of home delivery shipments redeemed pursuant to certificate. Potential winners shall be contacted and confirmed in accordance with the Prize Selection Process and shall obtain certificate from Sponsor via electronic mail which must be redeemed online at a website provided by Sponsor on or by the expiration date. Total Grand Prize ARV: $719.28
TEN (10) RUNNER UP PRIZES are available, each consisting of: one (1) “Alvin & The Chipmunks: The Road Chip” DVD + Blu-ray combo pack.

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) entry per internet protocol address (“Person”) per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Dippin’ Dots Dolphin Tale 2 Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 15, 2014 and ends at 11:00 p.m. CT on September, 12, 2014.

PRIZES – Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of round trip air transportation from the major airport closest to the home of the winner to Tampa, Florida (ARV: $2,400); three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations at Sandpearl Resort Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, Florida; and a VIP experience at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, including Behind the Scenes Tour, Meet and Greet with resident dolphin, Sea Life Safari, Trolley and Boat Shuttle Service and admission to Winter’s Dolphin Tale Adventure (ARV: $725) for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. Total Grand Prize AVR: $4,025.
First Prize

One (1) First Prize is available. The First Prize consists of a home town screening of Dolphin Tale 2 (“Screening”) for one (1) winner and up to one hundred (100) guests. Screening includes one (1) movie pass for per guest. Sponsor will determine the theater location and the date/time of the Screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. The first prize winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the Screening. If applicable, a prize won by a minor may be awarded in the name of the minor’s parent/legal guardian, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. First prize is non-transferable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable. Total First Prize AVR: $2,000.
Second Prize

One (1) Second Prize is available. The Second Prize consists of one (1) certificate good for twelve (12) Dippin’ Dots home delivery shipments of one (1) 30-serving kit (one gallon of Dippin’ Dots) and free FedEx ground shipping. Certificate expires September 12, 2015. Total Second Prize AVR: $719.25.
