ELIGIBILITY – The DIPPIN’ DOTS/CHOCOBO’S MYSTERY DUNGEON EVERYBUDDY SWEEPSTAKES Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion begins on or about March 1, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on March 31, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. CT.

PRIZES – THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES are available each consisting only of: (i) a Nintendo Switch gaming console, (ii) Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Everybuddy game for the Nintendo Switch gaming console, (iii) a Chocobo-themed lunchbox, (iv) one (1) certificate redeemable for one (1) Dippin’ Dots home delivery shipment, consisting of one (1) 30-serving kit which shall include one (1) bulk bag (approx. 1 gallon) of Dippin’ Dots product which shall be mailed to the address provided by the Prize Winner in his/her entry or in response to the prize notification, said certificate expiring April 30, 2020; and (v) free ground shipping of home delivery shipments redeemed pursuant to the certificate. Total Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of all three Grand Prizes: $1,259.94.

Runner Up Prize

TEN (10) RUNNER UP WINNERS are available consisting only of: (i) Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Everybuddy game for either PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch (Prize Winner to indicate which version in response to the prize notification), (ii) one (1) certificate redeemable for one (1) Dippin’ Dots home delivery shipment, each home delivery shipment consisting of one (1) 30-serving kit which shall include one (1) bulk bag (approx. 1 gallon) of Dippin’ Dots product which shall be mailed to the address provided by the Potential Prize Winner in his/her Entry or in response to the prize notification, said certificate expiring April 30, 2020; and (iii) free ground shipping of home delivery shipments redeemed pursuant to the certificate. Potential winners shall be contacted and confirmed in accordance with the Prize Selection Process and shall obtain certificate from Sponsor via electronic mail which must be redeemed online at a website provided by Sponsor on or by the expiration date. Total ARV of all ten Runner Up Prizes: $949.90.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Dippin’ Dots Dolphin Tale 2 Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 15, 2014 and ends at 11:00 p.m. CT on September, 12, 2014.

PRIZES – Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of round trip air transportation from the major airport closest to the home of the winner to Tampa, Florida (ARV: $2,400); three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations at Sandpearl Resort Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, Florida; and a VIP experience at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, including Behind the Scenes Tour, Meet and Greet with resident dolphin, Sea Life Safari, Trolley and Boat Shuttle Service and admission to Winter’s Dolphin Tale Adventure (ARV: $725) for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. First Prize

One (1) First Prize is available. The First Prize consists of a home town screening of Dolphin Tale 2 (“Screening”) for one (1) winner and up to one hundred (100) guests. Screening includes one (1) movie pass for per guest. Sponsor will determine the theater location and the date/time of the Screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. The first prize winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the Screening. If applicable, a prize won by a minor may be awarded in the name of the minor’s parent/legal guardian, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. First prize is non-transferable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable. Total First Prize AVR: $2,000.
Second Prize

One (1) Second Prize is available.
