ENTRY LIMIT – An Entrant may only register for the Sweepstakes once. If more than one (1) registration is
received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address the entries may, at the
Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. An Entrant is limited to selecting a total of eleven (11)
Squares during the Sweepstakes Period – one (1) at time of registration and up to ten (10) additional
Squares using the unique link referral method outlined above. Limit one (1) Referral Sweepstakes
entry per additional Square, and not to exceed ten (10) total Referral Sweepstakes entries during the
entire Sweepstakes Period.
ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia, regardless of where they reside, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the
time of entry and of the age of majority in their state of residence (i.e., 19 years old in Alabama and
Nebraska; 21 years old in Mississippi; 18 years old in all other states).
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January
12, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on either February 11, 2022, or three (3) calendar days prior to
Super Bowl LVI, or as otherwise determined by Sponsor, whichever is later.
PRIZES –
Grand Prizes (2): Each grand prize is USD $500,000 from Rocket Mortgage (“Grand Prize”).
Each Grand Prize will be made payable to the Grand Prize winner via winner’s choice of a check
or direct deposit into an eligible bank account. Two (2) Grand Prizes will be available in the
Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $500,000.
First Prizes (up to 30): Each first prize is USD $50,000 from Rocket Mortgage (“First Prize”).
Each First Prize will be made payable to the First Prize winner via winner’s choice of a check or
direct deposit into an eligible bank account. Up to thirty (30) First Prizes will be available in the
Sweepstakes, depending on the total number of Score Changes that occur during Super Bowl
LVI. Under no circumstances will more than thirty (30) First Prizes be awarded in the
Sweepstakes, however, fewer than thirty (30) First Prizes may be available, depending on the
total number of Score Changes during Super Bowl LVI. The ARV of each First Prize is $50,000.
Referral Sweepstakes Prizes (500 total, 100 per Referral Sweepstakes Drawing): Each
Referral Sweepstakes prize is a $100 NFLShop.com gift card (“Referral Sweepstakes Prize”).
Five hundred (500) total Referral Sweepstakes Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes – one
WINNER’S LIST – For a list of winners, interested individuals should mail a self-addressed stamped
business envelope to: Rocket Mortgage Super Bowl Squares 2022 Sweepstakes (PL014677),
Winners List Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Winner List requests must be
received no later than April 12, 2022
