ENTRY LIMIT – An Entrant may only register for the Sweepstakes once. If more than one (1) registration is
received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address the entries may, at the
Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. An Entrant is limited to selecting a total of eleven (11)
Squares during the Sweepstakes Period – one (1) at time of registration and up to ten (10) additional
Squares using the unique link referral method outlined above. Limit one (1) Referral Sweepstakes
entry per additional Square, and not to exceed ten (10) total Referral Sweepstakes entries during the
entire Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia, regardless of where they reside, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the

Super Bowl LVI, or as otherwise determined by Sponsor, whichever is later.

PRIZES –
Grand Prizes (2): Each grand prize is USD $500,000 from Rocket Mortgage (“Grand Prize”).
Each Grand Prize will be made payable to the Grand Prize winner via winner’s choice of a check
or direct deposit into an eligible bank account. Two (2) Grand Prizes will be available in the
Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $500,000.

First Prizes (up to 30): Each first prize is USD $50,000 from Rocket Mortgage (“First Prize”).
Each First Prize will be made payable to the First Prize winner via winner’s choice of a check or
direct deposit into an eligible bank account. Up to thirty (30) First Prizes will be available in the
Sweepstakes, depending on the total number of Score Changes that occur during Super Bowl
LVI. Under no circumstances will more than thirty (30) First Prizes be awarded in the
Sweepstakes, however, fewer than thirty (30) First Prizes may be available, depending on the
total number of Score Changes during Super Bowl LVI. The ARV of each First Prize is $50,000.

Referral Sweepstakes Prizes (500 total, 100 per Referral Sweepstakes Drawing): Each
Referral Sweepstakes prize is a $100 NFLShop.com gift card (“Referral Sweepstakes Prize”).

Trip consists of the following elements for up to two (2) people total (i.e., the Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”)), (together with Grand Prize Winner, collectively, the “Group”): [a] Grand Prize Winner and possibly guest to have a design consultation with Sponsor’s team of renovation experts on how to spend the $50,000 renovation money (“Consultation”); [b] Grand Prize Winner and possibly guest to be featured in an on-air on Home & Family at least once (subject to possible editing, as noted herein) as part of a promotional piece (“Promo”). [c] visit to the set of Home & Family (time, date and duration to be determined by Sponsor) (“Set Visit”); [d] hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy, including room tax at hotel of Sponsor’s choice) for two (2) nights; [e] hotel/Set Visit transfers; [f] if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located one hundred fifty (150) miles or more from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; or if the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located one hundred fifty (150) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and hotel [g] airport/hotel transfers if round-trip coach air transportation is provided and [h] $1,000 worth of paint and paint supplies from an authorized retailer that carries Benjamin Moore products (retail location to be selected by Benjamin Moore) . ARV for Grand Prize: $56,000.00 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/ARV’S: Thirty (30) Weekly Prizes (five (5) prizes each week for six (6) weeks): Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive one (1) $500 prize that shall be issued via check. ARV: $500 each.

ELIGIBILITY – This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of September 30, 2018.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2018 until 5:00 p.m. ET on November 21, 2018.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of: (i) the home located in Cincinnati, OH (the “HGTV Urban Oasis 2018”) that is featured in the “HGTV Urban Oasis 2018” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $720,131.11; (ii) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) (awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer) courtesy of Quicken Loans (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV Urban Oasis 2018 depends on market fluctuations. All components (as applicable) of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2018 will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis 2018 (and the contents of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2018), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $300,000 in cash (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2018 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option and Cash Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $770,131.11 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Urban Oasis 2018 or $350,000 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.

WINNER’S LIST – Beginning on or about January 14, 2019, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to the HGTV Website (http://www.hgtv.com/) or mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HGTV Urban Oasis 2018 – Winner’s List, PO Box 52822, Knoxville, TN 37950.
