ENTRY LIMIT – You may only receive one (1) Website Entry. Upon confirmation of your Website Entry, you will have the opportunity to watch a short video to receive one (1) additional Entry in the Sweepstakes (“BONUS ENTRY”). Maximum of two (2) Entries per person/email address.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older with a valid driver’s license as of date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sail & Soar Sweepstakes Powered by Ford Warriors in Pink begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/13/15 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 9/14/15.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize – A 2015 Ford Edge crossover utility vehicle. (ARV/MSRP not to exceed $40,000).

One (1) First Prize – A Prize Trip Package for winner and one (1) guest to the Pacific Northwest. (ARV $12,870). Should actual value of First Prize be less than stated ARV, winner will not receive the difference in cash. Only Sponsor reserves the right to modify or substitute elements of the Trip Package.

The Trip Package consists of the following:

Round trip main cabin air transportation in Main Cabin service to Seattle, Washington awarded in the form of two (2) trip certificates valued up to $3,000 per person redeemable for air transportation departing from a gateway airport with Delta Air Lines service near winner’s residence (TRIP CERTIFICATES MUST BE USED BY WINNER AND GUEST FOR FLIGHT TO SEATTLE, WASHINGTON FOR FIRST PRIZE),
A sea plane flight to Friday Harbor, Oregon
Hotel accommodations at the Harbor House Hotel for one (1) night (one (1) room, double occupancy)
A zip line tour and lavender farm excursion
A ferry ride to Orcas Island, Oregon
Hotel accommodations at the Rosario Resort and Spa for two (2) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy
A whale watching tour
Kayak rental for three (3) hours

ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one (1) Game Play, one (1) entry into the then-active Periodic Sweepstakes, and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes per Entrant per calendar day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are physically located within one of these states or the D.C. at time of entry, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion starts on May 22, 2014 at 12:01 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2014 at 12:01:59 PM ET.

Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes (5 Per Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period, 50 For the Entire Promotion Period): Each Periodic Sweepstakes Winner will receive one (1) $250.00 Banana Boat Reward Visa Prepaid Card with an ARV of $250.00 that is valid wherever Visa debit cards are accepted and $127.00 worth of items for outdoor fun (e.g., jump rope, inflatable pool, sidewalk chalk). Total ARV: The Total ARV of each Periodic Sweepstakes Prize is $377.
Grand Prize (1 For the Entire Promotion Period): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4), (the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests of his/her choosing), to a treehouse resort in Oregon. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation for up to four (4) people between the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the city nearest the Resort; five (5) days and four (4) nights hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy); travel cash in an amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700) to be determined in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner to be used for travel expenses and tax obligations; ground transportation to and from the airport and the Resort. ARV: The ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $8,600.00.
