ENTRY LIMIT – Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit one (1) Phase 1 Sweepstakes entry per day during Phase 1. Limit one (1) Game Play per entrant per day during Phase 2.

ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entering.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 10, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 16, 2014.

PRIZES – Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize (1): One (1) Phase 1 Sweepstakes prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people – the Phase 1 Sweepstakes prize winner and one (1) “Guest” of his/her choosing – to the Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted movie premiere in Los Angeles, California scheduled to occur on or about March 11, 2014 (“Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize”). The Grand Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner and Guest between the major commercial airport closest to Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Los Angeles, California; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; airport transfers while in Los Angeles, California; admission for two (2) people – the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner and Guest – to the Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted movie premiere at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, California; a photo opportunity for Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner with select Muppet characters at the movie premiere, characters selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and subject to availability; a Walt Disney Studios Lot Tour for Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner and Guest; ground transportation between the hotel and studio tour only; a Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted prize package, comprised of items selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and valued at $110.00; $400 per diem, awarded in the form of a $1,200 check made payable to the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner; and $1,242 to help offset, but not completely eliminate, tax obligation, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize winner.
Travel must be taken on March 10, 2014 through March 12, 2014 (or dates determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) or the Phase 1 Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited.
Phase 2 Sweepstakes Prize (1): One (1) Phase 2 Sweepstakes prize winner will receive a Miss Piggy “Haute Tote” Red Carpet Gift Bag with an Apple® iPad Air™ & Bose® Sound System (specifications to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of the Phase 2 Sweepstakes Prize is $3,218.
