ELIGIBILITY – Open to legal residents of the U.S., age 21 or older.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes starts at 9 a.m. ET on 4/15/15 and ends at 5 p.m. ET on 6/2/15.

PRIZES – Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: (i) the home located in Austin, TX (the “HGTV Smart Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home” 2015 special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Main Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Product Sponsors and installed prior to conveyance) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,205,272; (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) courtesy of national mortgage lender Quicken Loans (the “Cash Prize”); and (iii) a 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class (ARV: $58,635). The ARV of the HGTV Smart Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork as of February 13, 2015. In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2015 (and the contents of the HGTV Smart Home), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $640,000 in cash in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,363,907 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home or $798,635 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home.
