ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) Entry, per eligible person, per Website, per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., including territories, possessions, and commonwealths, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 4, 2022 until 5:00 p.m. ET on November 23, 2022.

PRIZES – One (1) prospective Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (i) one (1) home located in Nashville, Tennessee (the “HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,224,308); (ii) an All-New Mercedes Benz® C-Class® or an alternative All-New Mercedes Benz® vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice not to exceed an ARV of $54,700 and subject to availability and MBUSA’s approval of selected model (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $54,700); and (iii) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer) courtesy of Ally Financial Inc. (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $1,329,008. In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022 (and the contents of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $300,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Vehicle Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $404,700 if Grand Prize Winner receives the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Urban Oasis® 2022.

WINNER’S LIST – Beginning on or about March 31, 2023, or whenever the Grand Prize Winner confirmation is otherwise complete, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to the Websites.
