Summer-Round-UpI have been busy this past week!  It is definitely a good year for cucumbers in the Pacific Northwest – I have made 53 quarts of dill pickles since the beginning of July!  The cucumbers are still going strong.  I’m turning my focus from dill pickles to cucumber relish now – we’ll see how much of that I make.  Don’t worry about what I will do with 53 quarts of pickles, I have a teenager in the house who loves pickles (and I do share them with friends, too).
