ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii), 18 years of age and older at the time of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen “Decades of Fun” Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 19, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 29, 2014.
PRIZES – Each of the six (6) weekly winners will be awarded one (1) prize corresponding to the decade theme of that Weekly Entry Period.

Grand prize will will receive a two (2) night vacation for two (2) to New York City, NY. Prize includes: two (2) coach-class round trip air transportation tickets on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice for winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York City, NY and round trip ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel; a two (2) night stay at a hotel in New York City selected by Sponsor (one (1) room, double occupancy); and one planned excursion comprised of a Broadway Performance, also to be selected by Sponsor. Travel must be completed within one (1) year from date of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest will be responsible for round trip ground transportation between the winner’s residence and the airport of origin. The Regan Group will coordinate the trip.
