This Prize package consists of one (1) faceted crystal glass slipper adorned with a heart-shaped, white gold-plated, silver pendant containing a large topaz and smaller pavé diamonds for Winner and one (1) three (3) day/two (2) night trip (“Trip”) to the Resort for Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, the “Group”) consisting of: (i) up to four (4) round-trip coach class airfares between the major metropolitan airport closest to Winner’s residence and the Southern California airport as chosen by Sponsor (with possible layovers), provided, however, if the Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, air fare will not be provided; (ii) up to four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Southern California airport and the Resort, provided, however, if the Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, transfers will not be provided; (iii) up to four (4) 3-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets (subject to restrictions); and (iv) room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) consecutive nights at a Resort hotel, as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $34,501.00.

[b] One (1) Blue Diamond Package. This Prize package consists of one (1) two (2) carat, VS, aqua blue diamond for Winner and one (1) Trip. ARV: $25,388.00.

[c] One (1) Red Diamond Package. This Prize package consists of one (1) two (2) carat, VS, garnet red diamond for Winner and one (1) Trip. ARV: $24,818.00.

[d] Four (4) White Diamond Packages. Each of these Prize packages consists of one (1) one (1) carat white diamond for the Winner and one (1) Trip. The Group may also stay in the Disneyland® Dream Suite during one (1) of the two (2) nights of the Trip on a night as designated by Sponsor (while still retaining the standard hotel room for such night). The Disneyland® Dream Suite stay is subject to restrictions including hours of availability, and may not be available at the time of travel for the Trip. ARV of each Prize: $13,965.00.

The Group may also stay in the Disneyland® Dream Suite during one (1) of the two (2) nights of the Trip on a night as designated by Sponsor (while still retaining the standard hotel room for such night). The Disneyland® Dream Suite stay is subject to restrictions including hours of availability, and may not be available at the time of travel for the Trip. This Prize also includes a private party in Fantasyland at Disneyland® Park for the Group at a time during the Trip as designated by Sponsor (elements of the party to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $13,539.00.

[f] Seven (7) Disney Character Party Experiences. Each of these Prizes includes one (1) Trip and a themed Disney Character VIP Party Experience for the Group at a time during the Trip as designated by Sponsor (elements of the experience to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Specific travel dates of these Trips shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and any Winner’s inability to travel during these designated Trip dates may result in forfeiture of the Prize. ARV from $7,228.00 to $13,899.00.

[g] One (1) Private Early Entry VIP Disney California Adventure® Park Tour. This Prize consists of one (1) Trip and a Private Early Entry VIP Tour of Disney California Adventure® Park at a time during the Trip as designated by Sponsor (elements of the tour to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $7,369.00.

Final Prize: One (1) Final Prize. At the end of the Master Entry Period, one (1) Final Prize will be awarded:

One (1) limited-edition Disney lithograph as chosen by Sponsor and one (1) Trip. The Group may also stay in the Disneyland® Dream Suite during one (1) of the two (2) nights of the Trip on a night as designated by Sponsor (while still retaining the standard hotel room for such night). The Disneyland® Dream Suite stay is subject to restrictions including hours of availability, and may not be available at the time of travel for the Trip. ARV: $6,144.00
