ENTRY LIMIT – One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 12, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2015.

PRIZES – One (1) winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City. Prize includes round trip coach economy airfare for two from a major airport in the continental United States nearest the winner’s home to New York, three (3) nights’ double-occupancy hotel accommodations, a $1,000 Macy’s shopping spree at Macy’s Herald Square and style consultation with June Ambrose. Sponsor may elect a Macy’s By Appointment representative to conduct the shopping spree if June Ambrose becomes unavailable for any reason Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Should winner elect to travel without a guest, prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for one (1) traveler and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for meals, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, transportation between winner’s home and gateway airport, ground transportation and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $3,050.
