SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Pizza Hut / Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War Promotion begins on or about April 11, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 8, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a three (3) night/four (4) day trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend an upcoming Marvel movie premiere as determined by Sponsor/Marvel. The Grand Prize includes round-trip economy class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s home to the Premiere location, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), local ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and two (2) admission tickets to the Premiere. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000.

One (1) First Prize is available. The First Prize consists of a three (3) night/four (4) day trip for the First Prize winner and one (1) guest to visit a Movie prop house accompanied by a member of Marvel’s production or management team currently anticipated to take place in San Fernando, CA. The First Prize includes round-trip economy class air transportation for the First Prize winner and his or her guest from a major airport near First Prize winner’s home to San Fernando, CA (or alternate location as determined by Sponsor/Marvel), three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), local ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and a tour of a movie prop house for the winner and his/her guest. The ARV of the First Prize is $2,000.

One (1) Second Prize is available. The Second Prize consists of one (1) Captain America prop replica shield and one (1) replica Iron Man mask signed by filmmakers/cast member(s) (as determined by Marvel). The ARV of the Third Prize is $1300.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES/OFFERS: Nine Hundred (900) $10 Pizza Hut Gift Codes, which may be used at participating Pizza Hut locations. Gift Codes are subject to any stated restrictions.
