ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one entry per person, per day on the DIY Network and the HGTV Remodels websites.

ELIGIBILITY – This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of July 28, 2014.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 28, 2014 and ends 5:00 p.m. ET on September 12, 2014.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize, which will consist of the following: (i) a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Winter Haven, Florida (includes the real property, landscaping, and the house) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) as of June 2014, (the “Blog Cabin”); (ii) a selection of home furnishings , (iii) a 2015 Mastercraft NXT 20 Boat, and (iv) $50,000 provided by Quicken Loans, Inc., for a total ARV of $891,000
