ELIGIBILITY – Open only to persons, who are, as of the date of Entry, six (6) years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – You may enter this Sweepstakes in one (1) of two (2) ways during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M., March 31, 2014 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., April 27, 2014.

Note: You are allowed one free entry into the sweepstakes, after that, you will be using Disney Reward Points for each entry.

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one free entry (for DMR members) and 99 additional entries are allowed using DMR points.

ELIGIBILITY – The Disney Frozen Fight The Freeze Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec), (b) 13 years of age or older, and (c) members of Disney Movie Rewards Loyalty Program (“DMR”).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 31, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on June 30, 2014.

PRIZES – 1 GRAND PRIZE:     1 Grand Prize winner will receive a 5 day/4 night trip for 4 people (Grand Prize winner and up to 3 travel companions) to O’ahu, Hawaii. Trip includes: Round trip coach airfare for 4 people (winner and 3 travel companions) between the major gateway airport nearest the grand prize winner’s residence (selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Honolulu International Airport; Hotel accommodations at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa (standard room, quad occupancy); ground transportation in O’ahu between the airport and Aulani; and a Resort credit in the amount of USD $500. ARV of Grand Prize: USD $5,525 / CAD $5,770.80.

50 FIRST PRIZES:    50 first prize winners will each receive an 18” Olaf plush (“First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is USD $39.95 / CAD $41.73. The ARV of all First Prizes is USD $1,997.50 / CAD $2,086.50.

50 SECOND PRIZES:    50 second prize winners will each receive a 1-year subscription (6 issues) to Disney Princess Magazine published by Redan Publishing Inc. (“Second Prize”). Please allow 8 – 12 weeks for delivery of the first issue. The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $29.94 / CAD $31.27. The ARV of all Second Prizes is USD $1,497 / CAD $1,563.50.

25 THIRD PRIZES:    25 third prize winners will each receive a Frozen 2-Book Set, including “A Sister More Like Me” and “Frozen Read-Along Storybook And CD” (“Third Prize”). The ARV of each Third Prize is USD $22.98 / CAD $24. The ARV of all Third Prizes is USD $574.50 / CAD $600.
