ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses or accounts a person may have.

ELIGIBILITY – The CMA Awards® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories), who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access from November 7, 2019, through the Promotion Period

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:01:00 a.m. ET on November 8, 2019, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 20, 2019.

PRIZES – There will be one (1) winner of the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Winner”) . The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and a guest to Nashville, TN, to attend the CMA Awards scheduled to take place in November 2020 (the “Event”). Specifically, the Grand Prize includes: two (2) round-trip, coach-class air transportation tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the Nashville area from an airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsors); 3-day/2-night hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsors’ choice in the Nashville area; round trip ground transportation to and from the Nashville area airport and the Nashville area hotel, as well as round trip ground transportation to and from the Nashville area hotel and the Event; two (2) Club level seats for the Event; two (2) tickets to the an invite-only reception before the Event (“Reception”); and one (1) CMA Awards merchandise bundle consisting of: one (1) CMA branded hat; one (1) CMA branded tote bag; and one (1) wireless speaker (exact make and model to be determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion).

GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO NASHVILLE IN NOVEMBER 2020 AROUND THE DATE OF THE EVENT (and such date is subject to change). Sponsors will notify the Grand Prize Winner of the exact date of the Event at the time of its announcement by CMA. If a Potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel during the dates designated by Sponsors to coincide with the Event, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected as stated above. By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner agrees to maintain the e-mail address associated with their entry in order to receive notifications regarding the Grand Prize until the Event occurs. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,670.00.
There will be ten (10) winners of the First Prize (“First Prize Winners”). Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) CMA Awards merchandise bundle consisting of: one (1) CMA branded hat; one (1) CMA branded tote bag; and one (1) wireless speaker (exact make and model to be determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion). ARV of each First Prize: $170.00.

WINNER’S LIST – For the names of the prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: CMA Awards Sweepstakes Winners, c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc., 440 9th Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10001. All such requests must be received by January 17, 2020.
