Sponsors will notify the Grand Prize Winner of the exact date of the Event at the time of its announcement by CMA. If a Potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel during the dates designated by Sponsors to coincide with the Event, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected as stated above.
