ELIGIBILITY – Discover Your Softer Side Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry with Internet Access.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 4, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on May 29, 2016.

PRIZES – Weekly Prize (8): Each weekly Winner during the 8 weeks of the Entry Period will receive a Werther’s Caramel Gift Basket containing (i) An assortment of Werther’s Original products, (ii) a bouquet of spring flowers, and (iii) a $25 Disney Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one weekly prize is $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars). Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize is available. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) four (4) day / three (3) night trip (the “Trip”) for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to Walt Disney World® Resort (“WDW Resort”) near Orlando, FL. Trip must be taken between March 1, 2017 and May 29, 2017 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to change dates. The Trip consists of: A.) one (1) three (3) consecutive-night stay at a WDW Resort hotel (exact WDW Resort hotel to be determined by Sponsor) (one standard room, quadruple occupancy); B.) Roundtrip economy-class air travel for the Winner and guests between a major metropolitan airport in the U.S. near Winner’s residence and Orlando, FL (both departure and arrival airports shall be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion); airfare provided only if Winner does not reside within 100 miles of WDW Resort); C.) Up to four (4) roundtrip ground transfers between the airport in Orlando and the selected WDW Resort hotel (ground transfers provided only if Winner does not reside within 100 miles of the WDW Resort); D.) VIP Tour of the Karamelle Kuche shop at Epcot®; F.) $200 gift card per person on the Trip (one gift card for winner and one gift card for each of the up to 3 guests) towards spa services at a Disney spa selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; G.) Four (4) tickets for a Behind the Seeds tour of the Living with the Land attraction at The Land pavilion at Epcot® during the Epcot® International Flower and Garden Festival. (date as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); H.) Welcome basket valued at $150 delivered to winner’s hotel room; I.) One (1) Disney Gift Card valued at $500 for Winner only (Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Spring-Weekly-Rouund-UpThis past week was interesting. On Tuesday I reported for jury duty and got picked for the jury. It was certainly educational. permanent residence at the time of entry to Harrisburg International Airport in Harrisburg, PA (maximum value $1,000); two (2) overnight accommodations at Hershey Lodge (4 people, one room); eight (8) regular one-day admission tickets to Hersheypark Amusement Park; four (4) Hersheypark meal vouchers for use inside Hersheypark; one (1) two-day Ride Photo Pass; one (1) chocolate basket (candy assortment to be determined by HE&R); four (4) Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction Meal Vouchers; four (4) dessert vouchers to use inside Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction; one (1) Magic Memory Photo pass for Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction; four (4) vouchers to Create Your Own Chocolate Bar at Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction; four (4) vouchers to 4D Chocolate Mystery at Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction; four (4) vouchers to the Chocolate Tasting Experience at Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction; and one (1) 5lb Hershey’s Chocolate Bar (“Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $2,989.26, but will vary depending upon the Grand Prize winner’s permanent residence and airline rate fluctuations (winner is not entitled to receive the difference between the actual value and ARV listed). The Grand Prize must be redeemed by September 25, 2016.
