ELIGIBILITY – If you are an individual legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) or the District of Columbia and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees and employees of Conair Corporation, including without limitation its Cuisinart division, and Cuisinart’s and our employees’ immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Cuisinart’s and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on September 24, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on October 24, 2014.

PRIZES – One Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of:

-A trip for the winner and one guest to visit New York, NY (the “Trip”). The Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,700 and consists of:

-Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and his/her guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence [within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) or the District of Columbia] and arriving at a major airport in or near the New York City area (the “Airport”);

-3 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a New York City area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or Cuisinart in their sole discretion;

-Round trip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;

-1 Dinner for the winner and his/her guest at a New York City area restaurant to be determined by Sponsor or Cuisinart in their sole discretion; and

-A Cooking class for two in the New York City area to be determined by Sponsor or Cuisinart in their sole discretion.

-A Cuisinart FP-12DC Elite Collection 12-Cup Food Processor, Die Cast (ARV of $250.00).

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prizes is $4,950.00.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,400.
The Grand Prize Trip must be taken on the 2014 dates provided by the Sponsor (October 8-October 10) or prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded.

Each Featured Prize winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. Winners will be subject to the gift card terms and conditions. The ARV of each Featured Prize is $100.
