ELIGIBILITY – The “back to NATURE Snacks $5,000 Sweepstakes” is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins on April 22, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 27, 2014 at 11:59 A.M. PT.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night stay for two (2) people at either The Nature Conservancy’s Mashomack Preserve in Pine Plains, NY or The Nature Conservancy’s Muleshoe Ranch in Wilcox, AZ (winner’s choice) (8a) and $1,400 in cash to purchase airfare and/or pay for personal expenses at sole discretion of winner (“Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $2,000.
SIX (6) FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: The First Prize Winners will each receive a GoPro Hero3, $50 cash and a one (1) year supply of back to NATURE snacks, awarded in the form of fifty two (52) free product coupons. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $499.
