ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one entry per person, per email address, during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Toad&Co Modern Travel Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are not residents of Rhode Island, New York and Florida and are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on March 25, 2015 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on April 23, 2015 at 11:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – The prize that will be awarded in the Sweepstakes is outlined as follows:
-Two round-trip confirmed airfare tickets (for prize winner and guest) in Economy Class on flights operated by LAN Airlines or its affiliated carriers from any of the following three gateways in the US (JFK, LAX or MIA) to Santiago, Chile plus add-on to Buenos Aires, Argentina, departing from Buenos Aires, Argentina to the U.S. Each Grand Prize winner and their respective guest must have the same itinerary on the same travel dates. Blackout dates apply and include: December 10 through January 20, and June 10 through August 20. Grand Prize Winner must check with LATAM for any additional black-out dates which may apply. Travel must be completed by June 9, 2016.
-Two confirmed itineraries (for grand prize winner and guest) for INTREPID TRAVEL’S “Chile & Argentina Discovery” 13-day guided trip originating in Santiago, Chile and leaving from Buenos Aires, Argentina and including accommodations, inter-trip transport and 6 breakfasts. There must be at least 4 fully paying passengers on the date requested before the winner may be booked. Blackout dates are: 12th April 2015 to 3rd May 2015, 1st September 2015 to 30th September 2015, 14th December 2015 to 24th January 2016. Additional blackout dates may apply. Winner must verify blackout dates at the time of prize redemption. Travel must be booked by September 30, 2015 and fulfilled by December 31, 2015.
-Three outfits (each including a top, bottom and outer layer) for each grand prize winner and guest (6 outfits total). Outfits sizing and selection to be coordinated through Toad&Co. Prizing items are subject to available inventory.
The approximate retail value of the Prize is $4,500.00 per traveler ($4,500.00 per grand prize winner and $4,000.00 per winner’s guest). Total estimated ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this sweepstakes is $9,000.00.

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes open to natural persons who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all oversees military installations) and who are the older of eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence as of the date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 26, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 8, 2014.

PRIZES – Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY from December 2, 2014 to December 4, 2014 including: (1) a two (2) night stay at the Sheraton New York hotel for the Winner and one (1) guest (one (1) room based on double occupancy); (2) round-trip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York City, New York from a major commercial airport (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) near the Winner’s home on a major carrier (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion); (3) an invitation for two (2) to attend the Christmas Tree Lighting festivities in Rockefeller Center; (4) an invitation for two (2) to attend a pre-tree lighting party hosted by Brasserie Ruhlmann in Rockefeller Center that includes dinner/hors d’oeuvres and an open bar; (5) admission for two (2) to their choice of the Empire State Building Observatory, the Museum of the City of New York or the New York Water Taxi Statue of Liberty Flex Pass; (6) admission for two (2) to their choice of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The American Museum of Natural History or Top of the Rock Observation Deck; and (7) shopping discounts at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and South Street Seaport. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,250.00.
