ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Shake Up Summer with Thomas’ Sweepstakes starts at 11:00am Central Time (“CT”) on June 15, 2015 and ends at 11:59pm CT on July 30, 2015.

PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner, and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida. Trip consists of round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida, four (4) days and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy), and four (4) tickets to winner’s choice of Disney World, Disneyland or Universal Studios for two (2) days. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,000. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure. If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken by 10/1/16 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins on July 8, 2014 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 8, 2014, at 11:59:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – Instant Prizes (250): Each Instant Winner will receive a $20 pre-paid gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Instant Prize is $20. The total ARV of all Instant Prizes is $5,000. The total number of Instant Prizes in this Promotion will not exceed 250.
Sweepstakes Prize (1): The Sweepstakes Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for four (4) people – the Sweepstakes Winner and three (3) “Guests” of his/her choosing – to the 2014 Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival. The Sweepstakes Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for the Sweepstakes Winner and three (3) Guests between the major commercial airport closest to Sweepstakes Winner’s residence and Orlando, Florida (departure and arrival airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy) in a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel (selected by Sponsor, subject to availability); airport transfers; four (4) single day park tickets to Epcot® to attend the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival on a date to be determined by Sponsor sometime on or before November 10, 2014; four (4) single-day park tickets to one (1) Walt Disney World® theme park, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Sweepstakes Winner. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $5,645. Travel must be taken by November 10, 2014 and completed by November 11, 2014 or the Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited.
