You’ll need to submit an essay if you want to enter for the playground for you and your school.
ENTRY LIMIT – Contest (essay): Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes: Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person using only one (1) email address per day per Entry Period.
ELIGIBILITY – Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District
of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Eat Well Play Happy Contest & Sweepstakes starts on July 28, 2014 at
12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 19, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
PRIZES – CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (1): A new playground for Grand Prize winner’s residence, awarded
in the form of a $3,000 check, and a new playground (including installation) at the school
specified by Grand Prize winner in his/her entry. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of new
school playground (including installation): $50,000. Total ARV of Contest Grand Prize: $53,000.
Six (6) Sweepstakes prizes will be awarded for each Entry Period
(for a total of forty eight (48) Sweepstakes prizes awarded throughout the Promotion Period).
The Sweepstakes prizes available to be awarded and the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of
each are as follows:
-A unisex youth bicycle and helmet (six (6) available). ARV: $245 each set.
-A set of four (4) annual pass tickets to a children’s museum nearest winner’s residence
(two (2) available). ARV: $243 each set. Exact children’s museum to be determined by
Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
-Passes to an amusement park nearest winner’s residence for a family of four (4) (two (2)
sets available). ARV: $227 each set. Exact amusement park to be determined by
Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
-Admission to a trampoline park or bounce facility nearest winner’s residence for winner’s
child and up to five (5) of his/her friends (two (2) available). ARV: $222 each set. Exact
venue to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
-Passes to a zoo nearest winner’s residence for a family of four (4) (two (2) sets
available). ARV: $185 each set.
-Bowling for winner and up to three (3) guests, awarded in the form of a $100 gift card
(four (4) available). ARV $100.
-A youth golf club set (four (4) available). ARV: $110 each.
-A unisex scooter and helmet (six (6) available). ARV: $105 each.
-A set of four (4) annual pass tickets to the US National Park Service (two (2) available).
