ENTRY LIMIT – Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person/household per day regardless of method of entry.
ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The “Coffee Beanery’s How to Be Single Facebook Sweepstakes” commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 29th 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on February 26th 2016.
PRIZES – GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York, NY consisting of the following: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the major continental U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, NY (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in an economy hotel (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) round trip transportation from airport to hotel and (iv) one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip package: $2,900.00
Instant Winners (130): There will be a total of one hundred thirty (130) random, pre-determined computer generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. Odds of being an Instant Winner will depend on the time your entry is received and the total number of eligible entries received.
