ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Instant Win game play per person using only one (1) email address per day.

ELIGIBILITY – Sun-Maid’s Vacation To Universal Studios Hollywood Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older) at time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Entry into the Sweepstakes and Instant Win begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 18 2016 and ends on September 25, 2016 at 11:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZES (5): There will be five (5) Prizes awarded. Prize winners will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guests”) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Sheraton (or at another on-site hotel as determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA; One (1) day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $4,930 per trip or $24,650 Total.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES (1,000): Each prize consists of one (1) Minions DVD. Winners will receive an email within three (3) business days of confirmation of being a prize winner. All prizes will be shipped out within 6-8 weeks of winning. ARV of DVD is $15. Total ARV is $15,000.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – Just Born’s “PEEPS® Minions Win a Trip to NYC” Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2015 and ends at 9:00:00 a.m. ET on December 31, 2015.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for four (4) to New York City, NY. There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guests”) to New York City, NY. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to New York City, NY*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Sponsor-specified hotel; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in New York City, NY*; and a $300.00 Gift Card for spending money. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is four thousand three hundred and fifty dollars ($4,350.00).
Twenty (20) First Prizes – Each “First Prize” consists of A Minion’s Movie Blu-Ray/DVD Combo Set. ARV: $25.00 each.
