ELIGIBILITY – Unwrap the Magic Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 pm noon Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 10, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 am ET on November 15, 2015.

PRIZES – Weekly Prize (14): Each weekly Winner during the 14 weeks of the Entry Period will receive a Werther’s Caramel Gift Basket containing (i) Werther’s product, (ii) an autographed Gail Gand Cookbook, and (iii) a $25 Disney gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one weekly prize is $75.00. Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person/household.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) four (4) day / three (3) night trip  for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to Walt Disney World® Resort (“WDW Resort”) near Orlando, FL. Trip must be taken between September 23, 2016 and November 14, 2016 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to change dates. The Trip consists of: A.) one (1) three (3) consecutive-night stay at a WDW Resort hotel (exact WDW Resort hotel to be determined by Sponsor and/or Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. (“Disney”)) (one standard room, quadruple occupancy); B.)
