ELIGIBILITY – The “SeaWorld 50th Celebration Sweepstakes” is open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/21/14 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/23/14. There will be thirteen (13) separate and distinct Sweepstakes Periods during the Promotion Period.

PRIZES – Sweepstakes Period #1 – #11 Prizes (44 total winners, 4 winners per Sweepstakes Period): Each winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to a SeaWorld park of his/her choosing (i.e., SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio or SeaWorld San Diego).

Sweepstakes Period #12 – #13 Prizes (6 total winners, 3 winners per Sweepstakes Period): Each winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to a SeaWorld park of his/her choosing.
Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guest(s) to city of Sponsor’s choosing closest to SeaWorld park, from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice and two days park admission for four (4), to be used on and around date of trip to SeaWorld Park.
Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $3,200.00.
