ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one (1) entry, per valid email address, per eligible person, per day.

ELIGIBILITY – This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Beginning at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 30, 2015 until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 31, 2015.

PRIZES – There is one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Toronto, Canada consisting of the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Toronto, Canada from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence within the 48 contiguous U.S., and a return flight from Toronto, Canada; (ii) seven (7) days/six (6) nights first class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room); (iii) choice of either a bird’s eye view of Niagara Falls via helicopter or Hornblower Niagara Falls cruise; (iv) choice of either a 6-hour private tour of the wineries situated on Lake Ontario or one (1) round of golf at a nearby course; (v) choice of either two (2) tickets to Marineland or a walking history and food tour; (vi) choice of either two (2) Clifton Hill Fun Passes to enjoy the Skywheel or two (2) tickets to Bird Kingdom; (vii) choice of either a four-hour fully guided tour of the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls or horseback riding along Lake Erie; (viii) choice of either dinner for two (2) at Skylon Tower or the Domed Jet Boat ride; (ix) choice of either two (2) tickets to Fallsview Indoor Water Park or Niagara Falls Illumination Cruise; (xii) $1,500 spending money; (x) round-trip airport transfers to/from hotel; and (xi) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $10,000.

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period. Each participant may play the Instant-Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Travel Channel July 2014 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Promotion begins on July 1, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – Sweepstakes Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Toronto, Canada consisting of the following: (i) round-trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest from major airport in the 48 contiguous United States nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Toronto, Canada (airports determined by Main Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) seven (7) days, six (6) nights first-class hotel accommodations in Niagara Falls (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) bird’s eye view of Niagara Falls via helicopter; (iv) six-hour private tour of the wineries situated on Lake Ontario; (v) two (2) tickets to Marineland; (vi) two (2) Clifton Hill Fun Passes to enjoy the Skywheel; (vii) four-hour fully guided tour of the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls, including a boat tour with Hornblower Niagara Cruises; (viii) dinner at Skylon Towers; (ix) two (2) tickets to the world’s largest free flying aviary, Bird Kingdom; (x) two (2) tickets to Fallsview Indoor Water Park; (xi) a visit to the Fallviews Casino Resort, including a $25 Playcard; (xii) $1,500 spending money; (xiii) round-trip airport transfers to Niagara Falls; and (xiv) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. The trip must be completed by August 31, 2015, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip package: $9,700.00.
Instant Win Game Prizes: Thirty-one (31) PRIZES (i.e., one (1) Instant Win Game Prize awarded per day during the Promotion Period): Niagara Falls t-shirt and matted photo prize package. ARV: $30.00.
