ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one (1) Game Play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Entrant per calendar day during the Registration Period.
ELIGIBILITY – Promotion is open to legal residents of AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, TX, OR, UT, WA, NV, WY, NM, AK AND HI only, who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or U.S. government issued identification, excluding the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter: a. Employees, officers, and directors of Tree Top, Inc., (“Sponsor”), Trepoint, LLC (“Administrator”), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively “Released Parties”) and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses.

Sweepstakes Winner Prize – a maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded to the confirmed Sweepstakes Winner. The Sweepstakes Winner will receive a vacation getaway for winner and three (3) guests to a California amusement park. Prize package includes:
-Round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner’s residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and John Wayne Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 200 miles of Anaheim, CA, air fare shall not be provided to the winner, but instead winner shall be provided ground transportation as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and any difference in value will not be awarded. Winner will be responsible for any fees or additional costs, if any, associated with the travel including, but not limited to, up-charges for seat changes, food and beverage costs, baggage charges, and any flight itinerary changes made after travel plans have been confirmed.
-One (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for three (3) consecutive nights in the Anaheim, CA metro area (designated hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
-Roundtrip airport ground transfers between the destination airport and designated hotel
