ELIGIBILITY – Tommy Bahama® Aloha Maui Jim® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on June 2, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 6, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Maui, Hawaii. Trip package includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Maui, Hawaii; seven (7) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); rental car for length of stay (make and model determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a fishing trip on a Maui Jim boat; a snorkeling trip; a zip line adventure; dinner for two (2) at Tommy Bahama Wailea (menu determined by Sponsor); two (2) pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses (style determined by Sponsor); a $1,000 shopping spree at Tommy Bahama (awarded as a gift card); and travel agent services. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,200.
TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: A pair of Maui Jim sunglasses (style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $200.

ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person per day for completing a Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Submission Period.

ELIGIBILITY – The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia or any provinces of Canada, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes submission period begins on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, December 21, 2014, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – One (1) Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Maui, Hawaii between March 1, 2015, and January 31, 2016, for the Prize winner and one (1) eligible travel companion (“Prize”). The Prize will include: (i) roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) inclusive of taxes from winner’s nearest gateway city in North America including ATL, DEN, DFW, EWR, IAH, JFK, LAX, OAK, ORD, PDX, PHL, SAN, SEA, SFO, SJC, SLC, YYZ, or YVR to Kahului Airport or an alternative airport selected by Prize Provider; (ii) five (5) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at the Napili Kai Beach Resort on Maui with complimentary Wi-Fi access; (iii) daily breakfast for two (2); and (iv) an Outrigger Canoe Trip for two (2). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is four thousand three hundred forty-five dollars (USD $4,345.00).

ENTRY LIMIT – Only one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY – This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columia ages 18 or older, excluding residents of New York and Florida.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes entries must be submitted during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. April 8, 2014 and ending 11:59 p.m. April 15, 2014.

PRIZES – One (1) lucky winner will win a trip for two to Andaz Maui at Wailea. Trip includes three nights/four days double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Andaz Maui at Wailea; spa treatments for two (up to $350 total); breakfast every morning (Ka’ana Kitchen or room service) (up to $90 per day total); one special dinner experience for two at Ka’ana Kitchen (up to $150 total, not including alcoholic beverages); one water activity of winner’s choice (guided or rental) and round-trip ground transportation from the airport in Maui to the Andaz Maui at Wailea. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the hotel package is $3,000.
-The winner will also receive round-trip coach airfare for two, to and from Maui, provided by Expedia, up to $3,965 in value.
All local, state, and federal taxes, as well as all ground transportation, activities, meals and incidentals not specified and all gratuities arising from this sweepstakes are the responsibility of winners and not the Sponsors.
Total ARV of the prize is $6,965.00.Trip must be taken by April 18, 2015.
