ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one entry per person per day.

ELIGIBILITY – The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest Period.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Contest is open October 20, 2014 at 12:00PM Scottsdale, Arizona time through November 21, 2014 at 11:59PM Scottsdale, Arizona time.

PRIZES – Six (6) prize types are available. One (1) winner will be selected for each prize types from those entrants who chose that particular prize types when entering the Contest. The total Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and 94/100 ($4,167.94). The six (6) prize types and the ARV of each prize type are as follows:
– “Travel Prize Pack:” One (1) luggage set with an ARV of Three Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($300.00), and one (1) Travelocity® Gift Card with an ARV of Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($500.00). The ARV of the “Travel Prize Pack” is Eight Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($800.00).
– “Music Prize Pack:” One (1) set of Beats by Dr. Dre® Studio Headphones (http://www.beatsbydre.com/headphones/beatsbeatsstudio.
html) with an ARV of Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and 95/100 ($299.95), one (1) iTunes® Gift Card with an ARV of One Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($100.00), and one (1) Ticketmaster® Gift Card with an ARV of One Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($100.00).
The ARV of the “Music Prize Pack” is Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and 95/100 ($499.95).
– “Gaming Prize Pack:” One (1) Playstation 4® (http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-4-Console/dp/B00BGGAWK2) with an ARV of Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and 00/100 ($399.00), and one (1) Best Buy® Gift Card with an ARV of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($250.00). The ARV of the “Gaming Prize Pack” is Six Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and 00/100 ($649.00).
– “Cooking Prize Pack:” One (1) KitchenAid® KSM150PSER Artisan Series 5-Quart Mixer, Empire Red, with an ARV of Three Hundred Nineteen Dollars and 00/100 ($319.00), and one (1) Williams Sonoma® Gift Card with an ARV of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($250.00). The ARV of the “Cooking Prize Pack” is Five Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and 00/100 ($569.00).
– “Adventure Prize Pack:” One (1) GoPro® Hero 3+ Silver Edition (http://www.amazon.com/GoPro-CHDHX-302-HERO3-Black-Edition/dp/B00F3F0GLU/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1407884406&sr=1-1&keywords=gopro+hero+3+black+edition) with an ARV of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Dollars and 99/100 ($399.99), and one (1) REI® Gift Card with an ARV of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($250.00). The ARV of the “Adventure Prize Pack” is Eight Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($800.00).
– “Giving Back Prize Pack:” One (1) donation to the charity of the winner’s choice in the amount of One Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($1,000.00). The charity must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and legal taxable entity, and must also be in good standing. Sponsor reserves the right to request verification of the charity’s eligibility, and to reject the charity for any reasonable concern with regard to its veracity or public relations effect on Sponsor or its affiliated entities. Please note that 501(c)(4) nonprofit entities do not qualify under this section.
