ENTRY LIMIT – Except for the additional Game Plays/entries set forth below, an entrant is limited to receiving one (1) Game Play and Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period.
How to Receive Additional Sweepstakes Entries: During the Promotion Period, after an entrant has registered or logged-in to the Site, he or she must follow the links and instructions to watch a video (“Video”) provided and answer five (5) trivia questions about the video. Entrant will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for watching the video and one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for each question they answer correctly. Limit: Six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries total during the Promotion Period for answering trivia questions correctly.

ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to entrants who are legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Promotion consists of an instant win game and a sweepstakes. The Promotion starts on February 15, 2016 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 27, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

PRIZES – Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The Sweepstakes grand prize consists of a backyard makeover which may include the following items: ten (10) piece outdoor dining set, a grill, various outdoor décor items including outdoor string lighting, lanterns, outdoor candles and votives, heat lamps, hammock chairs, a ten (10) pieces set of outdoor glassware, a beverage dispenser, a grill tool set/accessory set, an indoor/outdoor pouf, a patio cooler cart, outdoor pillows, placemats, a fire pit, a patio umbrella, a garden fountain, an Adirondack chair, and a two (2) hour backyard party hosted by Boursin at winner’s backyard/outdoor space which includes catering, bartending, invitations a grill master, a sommelier, floral design, a party planner and tent rental (in case of rain). Details of the backyard makeover and party will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary based on winner’s backyard. If the Grand Prize winner does not have a backyard suitable for the makeover, then the Grand Prize winner will receive an alternative home makeover (e.g. living room makeover) selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize ARV is $33,301.95.

ELIGIBILITY – The Scotts® Go Yard Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of residents of states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry.

Consultation consists of meetings and other communication with Sweepstakes Winner regarding Makeover, photographs (as necessary) prior to Makeover, and recommendations for Makeover.
CONTEST PRIZES: Six (6) Contest Prizes Will Be Awarded (i.e., one (1) per Week as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) as follows (each a “Contest Prize” and together with the Sweepstakes Prize, the “Prizes”):
