ENTRY LIMIT – You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their respective state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The “Eat the Heat Sweepstakes” will begin on May 18, 2015 at 12:00 A.M. ET and end on July 17, 2015 at 11:59 P.M. ET.

PRIZES – There will be one (1) prize awarded (each a “Prize”) to Winner (“Winner”). Prize will consist of the following: One (1) Weber Grill (ERV $1,500); One (1) wireless bluetooth speaker (ERV $500); One (1) year music streaming music subscription (ERV $100); One (1) custom grilling set (ERV $150); One (1) $300 gift card for barbecue food ($300); two (2) “popchips Crazy Hot” branded aprons (ERV $50); two (2) popchips branded lounge chairs (ERV $300); one (1) popchips branded coaster set (5 coasters – ERV $50); one (1) popchips branded cornhole game set (ERV $200); two (2) grilling lessons from a local chef (ERV $2,000); one (1) grilling book (ERV $25); two (2) popchips branded hats (ERV $50); two (2) popchips “Crazy Hot” branded shirts ($30); One (1) year’s supply of popchips; twelve (12) 24 count cases – $500). Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of all Prizes is five-thousand seven-hundred fifty-five dollars ($5,755).
