ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry.
ELIGIBILITY – Carter’s Little Treats Halloween Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Puerto Rico, who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the
time of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on 8/14/14 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 8/28/14 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
PRIZES – There will be twenty (20) prizes awarded. Each prize winner will receive a Carter’s prize package consisting solely of: a) Carter’s Gift Card with a value of one hundred seventy five dollars ($175); and b) Carter’s Halloween and Fall styles in sizes from preemie to size 12 with an ARV of fifty dollars ($50). The total ARV of the prize is two hundred twenty five dollars ($225).
