ELIGIBILITY – Lindt Santa Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on December 2, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – There will be nine (9) Grand Prizes awarded to nine (9) verified winners in a random drawing held on or about December 19, 2016 by random selection from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize consists of: a Giant Santa valued at $104 (includes: (75) LINDOR Truffles; milk, white, dark, 60% and hazelnut), (1) Elf Mini 5-Pack and (4) LINDOR milk sticks), and Lindt chocolate products in a red holiday sack up to an amount of $404. ARV of each Grand Prize: ($508).
