ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Game entry per person per day throughout the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method used to enter.

ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii), 18 years of age and older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD -The Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen “Peace, Joy and Pizza” Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 23, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 5, 2016.

PRIZES – Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1):
Grand Prize winner will receive $2,000 awarded in the form of a check and Sponsor will make a $2,000 contribution on winner’s behalf to a charity of the winner’s choice (charity must be recognized as a 501(c) charitable organization). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $4,000.

PRIZES – Each of the six (6) weekly winners will be awarded one (1) prize corresponding to the decade theme of that Weekly Entry Period.
Week 1: One (1) USB Turntable – Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $124.99
Week 2: One (1) Instant Digital Camera – ARV $199.99
Week 3: One (1) 4GB Game Console and one (1) Virtual Arcade Game for game console – ARV for game console $179.99 and for Game $28.99.
Week 4: One (1) Home Coffee Brewer and one (1) 11 Oz Coffee Mug– ARV for Home Brewer $116.93 and for mug $12.95.
Week 5: One (1) On-Ear Headphone– ARV $199.99
Week 6: Twelve (12) Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen “Pie Passes” and one (1) 7-inch Tablet. Each Pie Pass valid for one (1)whole cheese Neopolitan pizza. – ARV for all twelve (12) Pie Passes $144 and for tablet $159.99.

Grand prize will will receive a two (2) night vacation for two (2) to New York City, NY. Prize includes: two (2) coach-class round trip air transportation tickets on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice for winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York City, NY and round trip ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel; a two (2) night stay at a hotel in New York City selected by Sponsor (one (1) room, double occupancy); and one planned excursion comprised of a Broadway Performance, also to be selected by Sponsor. Travel must be completed within one (1) year from date of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest will be responsible for round trip ground transportation between the winner’s residence and the airport of origin. The Regan Group will coordinate the trip. Trip is subject to booking availability. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. The ARV of Grand Prize: $2,500.
