ELIGIBILITY – The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 13 years of age or older as of date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Toys”R”Us Ultimate Minions Birthday Sweepstakes begins at 09:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2015.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Promotion, consisting of a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to Toys”R”Us Times Square in New York City, NY. Prize package includes:
-Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and three (3) guests from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor; near the winner’s home within the continental US to NYC
-Ground transportation provided to and from airport/hotel
-Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights in One (1) Double Occupancy Room
