ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Giveaway Period.

ELIGIBILITY – Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years or older (nineteen (19) years old or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – A total of six (6) Monthly Giveaways will be held during the period February 14, 2015 to August 14, 2015.

PRIZES – The First Prize Winner of each Monthly Giveaway will receive: (i) one (1) Schwinn High Timber Men’s Mountain bicycle,
with a retail value of two hundred and thirty dollars (US$230.00); (ii) one (1) Schwinn bicycle helmet with a retail value of
twenty-five dollars (US$25.00); and (ii) one (1) Schwinn two-light set with a retail value of twenty dollars (US$20.00), for a
total retail value of two hundred and seventy-five dollars (US$275.00).
The Second Prize Winner of each Monthly Giveaway will receive one (1) Schwinn High Timber Men’s Mountain bicycle,
with a retail value of two hundred and thirty dollars (US$230.00).
The Third Prize Winner of each Monthly Giveaway will receive (i) one (1) Schwinn bicycle helmet with a retail value of
twenty-five dollars (US$25.00); and (ii) one (1) Schwinn two-light set with a retail value of twenty dollars (US$20.00), for a
total retail value of forty-five dollars (US$45.00).
