ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one second chance drawing entry per person per day.

ELIGIBILITY – Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Second Chance drawing entry begins at 8:00:00 AM ET on 10/1/13. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 3/14/14.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize – winner will receive a pair of Season Tickets for Life to an NFL Team of winner’s choosing (subject to availability). Prize will be awarded as an annuity payable as a fixed payout amount per year, for the life of the winner. The minimum annual payout amount would be $6,450 and the maximum annual payout amount would be $9,800.
Five (5) First Prizes – each winner will receive a trip for winner and a guest to attend Super Bowl XLVIII or Super Bowl XLIX, depending on the date the prize claim is received, as set forth below. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 3-nights hotel accommodations, one room (double occupancy) and two Super Bowl admission tickets. Winner will also receive $1,000 spending money (awarded as a check). If the winner lives within a 250-mile radius of the destination city (as determined by Sponsor), winner will receive a $400 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation; no additional compensation will be provided. Approximate Retail Value: $7,700 per prize.
Ten (10) Second Prizes – each winner will receive an In-Home Super Bowl Takeover prize package consisting of a 60-inch flat screen 1080p TV, an Xbox 360 4GB console, a Madden NFL video game (for Xbox) and a $200 prepaid Visa gift card. Gift card terms and conditions apply. Approximate Retail Value: $1,950 per prize.
Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes – each winner will receive an autographed Clay Matthews regulation size football. Approximate Retail Value: $42.99 per prize.
Five Hundred (500) Fourth Prizes – each winner will receive a $100 prepaid Visa gift card. Gift card terms and conditions apply. Value: $100 per prize.
