ENTRY LIMIT – Limit of one entry per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY – To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of any of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Snyder’s of Hanover® “National Pretzel Day Celebration” Sweepstakes begins on Facebook at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 9, 2014, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 20, 2014.

PRIZES – Sixty (60) Winners will each receive a prize pack consisting of one (1) of each of the following: box of Sourdough Hard Pretzels (13.5 oz.), Pretzel Spoonz™ (12 oz.), Sweet and Salty Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Pieces (10 oz.), Nacho Grande Korn Krunchers™ (10 oz.), Honey Wheat Braided Twists (12 oz.), Roasted Garlic and Herb Nibblers (12 oz.), 100 Calorie Mini Tray Pack, Peanut Butter Pretzel Sandwiches (8 oz.), and three (3) of each of the following: 2.25 oz. tubes of Honey Mustard & Onion Flavored Pretzel Pieces, 2.25 oz. tubes of Hot Buffalo Wing Flavored Pretzel Pieces, and 2.25 oz. tubes of Bacon Cheddar Flavored Pretzel Pieces. The varieties of Snyder’s of Hanover® products sent to the winners are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Each prize pack also will include one (1) Snyder’s of Hanover t-shirt, ten (10) novelty pretzel eyeglasses, ten (10) Snyder’s of Hanover temporary tattoos and ten (10) Snyder’s of Hanover novelty stickers. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $55.

ENTRY LIMIT – LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE PERSON HAS MORE THAN ONE E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS) OR MAILING ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME MAILING ADDRESS) PER DAY (up to a total of 28 entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period).

ELIGIBILITY – Open to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C., (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, U.S. RESIDENTS IF LOCATED IN AN OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), who are 21 years old or older as of the date of entry

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – The Sweepstakes begins 3:00 pm EST February 24, 2014 and ends 11:59 pm ET March 23, 2014.

PRIZES –  Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York City in November, 2014 to attend an ESPN-televised college basketball tournament at Madison Square Garden. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., 4 days/3 nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), $200 spending money for ground transportation, behind the scenes visit to the broadcast production facilities, meet and greet with available ESPN broadcast personalities and two (2) tickets to both nights of the tournament. Grand Prize winner who lives in the New York City metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator) will receive local transportation for the winner and winner’s travel companion between winner’s home and the events in lieu of any air transportation. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize (“ARV”): $3,000.

First Prizes (4): Four winners will each receive a case of Snyder’s of Hanover® Pretzels and and ESPN prize pack consisting of a logo’d Sidekick cooler, a USB car Charger, three (3) sports-themed notepads and a t-shirt Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize (“ARV”): $120.53
