ENTRY LIMIT – Limit one (1) entry per person/email address throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period via this entry method.

ELIGIBILITY – Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2015 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES – One (1) Grand Prize: a 5-day, 4-night Luxury Included® Vacation for the verified winner and one (1) guest to any Beaches® Resort located in Jamaica or Turks & Caicos provided by Unique Travel Corp. (“Prize Provider”) along with round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a commercial airport near Winner’s home within the U.S. to either Jamaica or Turks & Caicos and $1,000 awarded as a check to use towards taxes, provided by Sally Beauty LLC,.
Beaches® Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination, which locations include Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa in Providenciales Turks & Caicos, Beaches Negril Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica, or Beaches Ocho Rios – A Spa, Golf & Waterpark Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The Prize will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages for adults, daily and nightly entertainment, land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. Telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes, and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. ARV: $7,500.

ENTRY LIMIT – There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry for completing the registration form during the Sweepstakes Period. There is a limit of six (6) (5 for Facebook Share and 1 for Twitter Share) Sweepstakes entries through this method, during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: An entrant may obtain up to thirty-five (35) total Sweepstakes entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES – Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a trip for two (2), the winner and one (1) guest to a Beaches Resort provided by Unique Vacations, Ltd. worldwide representatives of Beaches Resorts, along with round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to Montego Bay, Jamaica or Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, and $1,950 to help cover taxes (awarded in the form of a check) provided by Sally Beauty LLC, (the “Prize”). The Prize includes four-day/three-night deluxe accommodations at any of the three (3) Beaches Resorts. These locations include Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, Beaches Negril Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica, or Beaches Ocho Rios Resort & Golf Club in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Beaches Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination. Therefore the Prize will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages for adults, daily and nightly entertainment, land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. Telephone calls, internet, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes, and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. Prize must be redeemed and travel must be completed by July 31, 2015. ARV of the Prize is $8,025.
